What is the price of a 3 BHK flat in Chhattarpur?
3 BHK at The White Lotus (1,260 sq ft) starts at Rs 90 lakh. The ready-to-move 3 BHK at The Daffodils (1,120 sq ft) is Rs 90 lakh.
What is the price of a 4 BHK flat in Chhattarpur?
4 BHK at The White Lotus (1,350 sq ft) starts at Rs 1.15 crore.
When is possession of The White Lotus?
Possession is planned for February 2027.
Is there a ready-to-move flat available?
Yes, one 3 BHK at The Daffodils, our completed building, at Rs 90 lakh.
What comes with every apartment?
A modular kitchen, a balcony with a washing area, one car parking space, a separate electricity meter and IGL piped gas.
Payment, charges and loans
Are the prices all-inclusive?
Yes. There are no separate parking or other builder charges. Stamp duty and registration are paid separately to the government at registry.
How much are stamp duty and registration in Delhi?

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I get a home loan?
Yes. Home loans are available from leading banks and housing finance companies, including on the under-construction flats.
How much down payment do I need?
Banks lend up to 75% to 80% at our price range, so plan for at least 20% to 25% of the price, plus stamp duty and registration. Read more
Legal and registry
Do your flats come with registry?
Yes. Every apartment at The White Lotus and The Daffodils is registered in the buyer's name with a sale deed.
What is the difference between registry and GPA?
A registered sale deed makes you the legal owner and is accepted by banks. A GPA is a power of attorney and a much weaker title. Read more
What documents will I receive?
A booking receipt, an agreement, receipts for every payment, the registered sale deed and a possession letter.

Where are your projects?

How far is Chhattarpur Metro?
About 1 km from Chhattarpur station on the Yellow Line, and a 2-minute walk from the upcoming Chhattarpur Mandir station.
Is Flower Valley a gated compound?
Yes, with a 20 ft wide private road, two exits and two-layer security at the compound gate and at each building. 50+ families already live here.
What about water and electricity?
Water comes from a government connection and a borewell, and every flat has its own electricity meter.
