About us

Building homes in Chhattarpur for 25 years

Khattar Realty is a Chhattarpur family business. Our family has been part of the area's real estate for 40 years, and we have spent the last 25 years building homes here.

Over these years we have completed a large number of residential projects in and around Chhattarpur. Under the Khattar Realty name we have completed The Daffodils and are now building The White Lotus, both in Flower Valley, a private estate our family knows well.

How we build

• Spacious layouts with natural light and cross-ventilation in every room.
• Branded materials: Jaquar, Havells, Polycab, Supreme, Asian Paints and Dr. Fixit.
• Legal clarity: registry and home loans for every apartment.
• A real neighbourhood: 50+ families already live in Flower Valley.

Our promise is simple: quality homes, honest dealing, and spaces as grand as your dreams.
